The demo
We run a dish from your menu through the order flow: the guest's chat, the staff confirmation and the kitchen. Ask anything, including what WaiterPilot doesn't do.
If it fits
Setup is free, and most restaurants are live within two weeks of the first call: we load your menu, provide QR cards and train your staff. The first 30 days are free, then it is $200 per location per month, with 0% commission and no contract.
What helps to have ready?
None of this is required, but it makes the demo about your restaurant.
- Your menu, or a link to it.
- How many tables you have, and how many locations.
- Which till or POS you use, if any. WaiterPilot runs alongside it, not inside it.
- The languages your guests speak.
- Your questions about allergies, payments, staff or guest data.

Yes. Try a sample order in your browser. It's a simulation, so no real order is placed.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Setup, QR cards and staff training are free, and so are the first 30 days. After that it is $200 per location per month. See pricing.
What do you do with the details I send?
We use them to answer you and follow up about WaiterPilot. We never sell them. See the privacy policy.
Does WaiterPilot work with my POS?
It works alongside it, not inside it: there is no POS or printer connection, and staff enter the sale in your till. See works with your POS.
