Who is BroadNet.AI?
The brand of Broadnet Technologies LLC: a company with more than 23 years in telecom, working in 17 countries, that runs on infrastructure it owns.
WaiterPilot is one of BroadNet.AI's products. Broadnet Technologies LLC is the company you deal with: it runs this website and operates the WaiterPilot service. More about BroadNet.AI at broadnet.ai.
What happens to guest data, and which service providers help run WaiterPilot, is on privacy and data.
How can you verify us?
Check the company, talk to a person, and test the product on your own menu before you pay anything. None of it needs our word alone.
- Check the company name on broadnet.ai. The footer of broadnet.ai names Broadnet Technologies LLC, the same company that operates WaiterPilot (checked 15 October 2026).
- Call or write. Call 1-866-767-7782 or email sales@waiterpilot.com and ask for the company details in writing.
- See real screens. How it works shows real screenshots of the guest chat, the staff board and the bill, taken on 15 October 2026 at BroadNet.AI's own demo restaurant.
- Test it on your menu. Book a demo and we'll run a dish from your own menu through the order flow. Then the first 30 days are free, with free setup and no contract, so you can judge it with your staff before you pay.
- Ask the hard questions. Our buyer's checklist lists twelve questions to ask any vendor, with our own answers, including where they are no.
- Ask for the service agreement. Restaurants use WaiterPilot under a separate service agreement. Ask for it before you start and read it.
What is WaiterPilot, and what isn't it?
It is ordering software guests use on their own phone, with your staff in control. It isn't a robot, a POS, a payment system or an app.
| WaiterPilot is | WaiterPilot is not |
|---|---|
| Software in the guest's phone browser, opened from the QR code on the table | A robot, a kiosk or an app guests install |
| A chat that answers menu questions from your menu and takes the order in the guest's own words | An allergy authority: staff have the final word |
| A staff board, kitchen screen and floor screen on phones or tablets you already have | A POS, or connected to your POS or kitchen printer |
| A live bill with tax and any service charge you set, which guests can split | A payment system: guests pay your staff as they do today |
| Chat in the guest's own language, tested in English, Arabic and Spanish | Fully translated: guest buttons are English or Arabic |
| For any restaurant with tables, hotel restaurants included | A room-service system |
| Alongside your printed menu and your servers | A replacement for either |
Why does WaiterPilot exist?
Because a guest who can't read the menu, or can't catch a server's eye, still wants to order now.
Most of the big table ordering tools we checked in October 2026 are tap menus built into a POS. We built WaiterPilot around a conversation instead: a guest asks what's spicy or what comes with a dish, in their own language, and orders in their own words. WaiterPilot asks about the choices a dish needs and confirms the order before anything reaches your staff.
Three things set it apart: conversation in the guest's own language; one flat price per location with 0% commission; and nothing to install, with no app for guests and no hardware for you to buy.
It isn't the only AI waiter, and it isn't the cheapest table ordering tool. Some restaurants are better served by a POS-native tool, and we say which ones.
What can't we show you yet?
Customer results, team bios and some published commitments. We'd rather say so than fill the gap.
We don't publish customer names, reviews or results yet. When we do, they'll come with the restaurant's permission, the dates and how they were measured.
We haven't yet published a support response time, a data retention period, a data processing agreement or security certifications. Ask us and we'll answer for your restaurant.
How do we write this site?
Every claim comes from one approved fact list, and every outside fact has a source and a date.
- One fact list. Product facts, prices and limits come from a single list the company approves. A claim that isn't approved doesn't go on the site.
- Limits stated. Pages say what WaiterPilot doesn't do where it matters: no POS or printer connection, no payment, guest buttons in English or Arabic only, staff decide on allergies.
- Real screens, labelled. Screenshots marked "Real screenshot" come from the product, with the date and the demo restaurant named. Conversations with Casa Olivo, a fictional restaurant, are labelled as illustrations, and the sample order is a simulation.
- Sources and dates. Industry figures and facts about other products link to their source, with the date we checked them.
- No borrowed proof. No invented customers, testimonials, ratings, logos or people. Guides are signed by The WaiterPilot team and its desks, such as WaiterPilot Research and WaiterPilot Operations.
- Corrections. If something here is wrong or out of date, write to sales@waiterpilot.com and we'll check it.
